Become a vital part of the care team at AgeCare as a Health Care Aide. Deliver essential support to residents by assisting with personal care, transfers, and daily activities. At AgeCare, the Health Care Aide works under the supervision of a Staff Nurse, providing basic yet thorough care to meet the individual needs of residents. With a focus on resident comfort and well-being, you'll execute tasks such as bathing, feeding, and assisting with mobility. You'll also facilitate their participation in social and recreational activities, enhancing their overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
Administer bathing and hygiene care to residents
Assist with mobility transfers using proper equipment
Feed residents and ensure dietary compliance during meals




Provide routine treatments as directed by nursing staff
Accompany residents to therapy and recreational activities Requirements:
One year of experience in care preferred
Certification as a Personal Care Aide or equivalent
Active registration with CLHA required
Fluency in English, written and verbal
