The role focuses on designing and maintaining the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System (SHEMS) for underground operations, with emphasis on risk management and mentorship of site supervisors. You will lead by example, uphold H&S; values, and drive compliance with company and regulatory requirements while supporting a culture of inclusion and safety.
