Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on current and prospect businesses
• Collaborate effectively with brokers and internal departments
• Inspect residential properties and assess high-value finishes




• Advise stakeholders on loss mitigation and prevention solutions
• Assist underwriters with current business acquisitions and account retention
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in property risk assessment or loss prevention
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and valuable driving record
