This role requires managing inspections, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety for a portfolio of properties.As a Building Operator, you will be part of Rio Can’s commitment to a clean and secure setting for tenants and visitors. This full time position includes rotating shifts from Monday to Friday and after-hours on-call responsibilities. Your key tasks involve preventive maintenance, liaising with stakeholders, and addressing HVAC issues while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular property inspections for safety compliance
Respond promptly to tenant HVAC-related calls
Perform predictive and preventative maintenance tasks
Coordinate contractor access and monitor work completion
Communicate efficiently with tenants and contractorsRequirements:
G Level Driver’s License required
Relevant experience in property maintenance preferred
Knowledge of hand and power tools necessary
Able to work with minimal supervision
