You will work alongside a Senior Advisor to progressively expand your responsibilities, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement in safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:



- Lead and mentor safety specialists within the team - Oversee health and safety programs and compliance - Conduct workplace inspections and hazard assessments - Develop safety performance indicators and reporting systems - Collaborate with operational teams to enhance safety integration
Requirements: - 5+ years of health and safety experience, especially in construction - 2+ years in a leadership role, mentoring others - Relevant safety certifications (NCSO, CRSP) - Solid knowledge of safety legislation and best practices - Valid Class 5 driver's licence;
