Job Summary

Duties
Manage the end-to-end process of subprime auto loan approvals, ensuring timely and accurate decisions
Develop and implement strategies to expand subprime lending opportunities within dealership networks
Conduct thorough credit analysis by reviewing financial documents, credit reports, and customer histories
Negotiate loan terms with dealerships and customers to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Provide excellent customer service by guiding clients through financing options and addressing inquiries
Collaborate with sales teams to identify financing solutions that meet customer needs while maintaining risk controls




Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, policies, and internal procedures

Skills
Strong background in financial services with an understanding of subprime lending practices
Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive sales environments is highly desirable
Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate favorable loan terms and foster dealership relationships
Exceptional customer service skills to build trust and ensure positive client experiences
Proven ability in sales, with a focus on expanding lending portfolios and meeting targets
Solid math skills for accurate credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial calculations
