We're seeking a reliable and patient-focused pharmacist to support our community from January to August 2027 for parental leave coverage. You'll work independently and as part of a collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to providing personalized care and maintaining an excellent work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide secure and effective prescription dispensing
Counsel patients on medications and health conditions
Conduct medication reviews and offer clinical recommendations

Requirements:
Licensed Pharmacist with Ontario College of Pharmacists
Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making independent clinical decisions
Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset
