As a Registered Nurse at Sienna, you will report to the Director of Care and be key in assessing resident needs, medication administration, and providing skilled nursing care. Your role requires a BScN or equivalent, and you’ll utilize sound nursing principles to ensure each resident receives dignity and respect in their care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and plan tailored resident care
• Deliver skilled nursing procedures and document care accurately
• Collaborate with residents and their families on care plans




• Supervise nursing staff and assist in developing policies

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
• Current RN certification with the College of Nurses
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective administrative and computer skills
• Proficiency in English and French is an asset
