Become a Community Support Worker with Strive Living Society in Kelowna and West Kelowna. You'll provide essential one-on-one support to adults, fostering their independence in a rewarding role.

Strive Living Society is looking for dedicated individuals to work in the Supported Independent Living (SIL) program. This role requires helping clients with diverse abilities, focusing on emotional regulation and community inclusion. You'll implement personalized plans to help individuals with complex mental health and behavioral needs thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support to adults in their community
• Implement person-centered plans promoting skill development
• Assist with emotional regulation and stability




• Foster meaningful community inclusion through activities
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for effective service

Requirements:
• Experience with complex mental health and/or behavioral needs
• Solid trauma-informed practice understanding
• Class 5 BC Driver’s License required
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience or education
• First Aid and CPR certification needed
