Join Compass Homecare as a Registered Practical Nurse for overnight shifts. This role is crucial in delivering personalized care to clients in Midland and LaFontaine Region.

We are seeking compassionate and skilled RPNs for part time, casual positions with overnight responsibilities. Your work will focus on implementing individualized care plans and ensuring clients’ comfort and safety at home. The role requires clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering quality nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per care plans and CNO standards
• Administer medications and monitor health outcomes
• Perform wound care, injections, and health assessments
• Report significant client health changes accurately




• Provide personal care and daily living support

Requirements:
• Current RPN registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Strong English communication skills, additional languages an asset
• Previous home or community nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
• Current Basic Life Support certification
