The PCB Repair Specialist will perform repairs, modification and retrofit tasks on sub-assemblies and assemblies.





Your Role

Perform simple and complex repairs -BGA (Ball Grid Array- Semiconductor Packaging);

Perform self-inspection according to IPC-A-610 Class 2;

Perform basic soldering according to IPC-2 standard and electronic assembly;

Complete various reports related to the job;

Apply PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) modifications , if required.

Who you are

High school diploma or equivalent experience;

Three (3) to five(5) years experience in a similar role;

Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electronic drawings, as required by the scope of work;

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail;

Knowledge of the French language;

Methodical approach to work;

Commitment to applying and maintaining 5S principles in the workplace;

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;

Ability to navigate computer systems and efficiently retrieve job-related information;

Strong customer-focused mindset;

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment;

Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking initiative.
