Alberta Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Alberta Kidney Care – North program, based in Grande Prairie Hemodialysis Unit. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, delivering patient- and family-centred care for acute and chronic renal failure patients.
You will work at full scope of practice, with opportunities to perform a range of nursing duties in line with current policies and standards.
