Key Responsibilities:
Oversee shareholder capital call and distribution processes

Requirements:
CPA designation with 5+ years in real estate accounting
Proficiency in Yardi Property and Asset Management Software
Solid knowledge of IFRS and financial data analysis
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
French language skills are a plus
