We are seeking an energetic and friendly Serveur/serveuse au comptoir to join our agile food service team. Duties
Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders at the counter with enthusiasm and professionalism
Prepare and serve food items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and credit card payments with precision, providing correct change and receipts
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the serving area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications
Previous food service experience, particularly in restaurant or food industry settings, is highly preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Experience in cashiering or cash handling is a plus
Kitchen or restaurant experience that demonstrates adaptability in a rapid-paced environment

Pay: $22.00 per hour
