Service Pro Plumbing, Heating and Gas is a locally owned and operated Service Plumbing company in Campbell River. We are looking to recruit a Gasfitter to help expand our amazing team. Motivated, ambitious, team players will thrive and grow with a company that cares about you.

Duties
Install, maintain, and repair gas lines, meters, regulators, and heating units
Install, maintain, and service gas appliances and equipment.
Check for gas leaks and adjust control mechanisms.
Prepare work reports.
Advise clients on safety features and how to maintain gas systems.
Troubleshoot, maintain, or replace equipment or components.




Plan and organize daily tasks.

Requirements
Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
Train and guide less experienced technicians
Strength, stamina, and the use of proper lifting techniques required to handle heavy tools and parts weighing up to 25 kilograms.
Ability to visualize a finished project from a document.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and do some moderately heavy lifting and carrying.
Ability to work in high, awkward, and noisy places.
Mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work alone or with others.
The ability to contribute to a highly team-motivated workplace.
Robust communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
