Lead the wellness initiatives at Nature’s Fare Markets as a Wellness Operations Manager, overseeing nutrition standards and ingredient integrity. This role requires deep knowledge in evidence-based nutrition and collaboration across teams for impactful standards.

In this leadership position, you will act as the internal authority for nutrition and wellness, ensuring standards are current, credible, and in line with customer expectations. Your role involves working cross-functionally with teams such as Category Management, Operations, and Marketing to drive nutritional excellence and evolving program offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain product ingredient standards and documentation

Lead nutrition training for Store Teams and Operations

Requirements:
Accredited dietetics program completion or eligibility
Degree in Human Nutrition or related field preferred
Experience in nutrition standards and retail grocery
Solid understanding of ingredient integrity and trends
