Must Have: Proven sales results paired with outdoor property management knowledge and an outgoing, relationship-driven style.
5+ years high-end residential landscape and snow maintenance sales with a clear, consultative process.
Horticulture, plant identification and plant health education/degree. SIMA Snow/Ice certification and sales training preferred.
Confidence and organized: ambition to grow a book of business in shoreline, escarpment, and rural environmental properties.

As Sales Representative – Property Care you will combine personable client relationships with confident environmental recommendations for maintenance and snow contracts:




Develop and close proposals; for gardens, landscapes, shores, snow and ice contracts.
Assess and recommend landscape enhancements and additional services.
Drive organized sales prospects through networking, prospecting, referrals, and strong, ongoing client relationships.
