Job Summary

We are hiring Construction Labourers to join our construction team in Fernie, BC. This position involves general labour duties, maintaining clean and organized work areas, moving construction materials, and assisting with daily site operations.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can follow instructions, work well with others, and contribute to a safe and productive work setting.

Responsibilities
Sweep floors and maintain clean work areas throughout the construction site
Move, carry, and organize construction materials and supplies
Load and unload materials and equipment as required
Remove debris and dispose of construction waste
Assist with general site preparation and cleanup
Support construction workers with basic labour tasks
Follow workplace safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Keep tools, materials, and work areas organized

Skills
Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset




Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
Reliable attendance and a robust work ethic
Basic knowledge of construction site safety is an asset
Willingness to learn and assist with different tasks as needed

Pay: $23.00-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
