10 years of overall IT experience with strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise-scale implementations.
Solid Salesforce development background with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solution design.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Aura Components and Apex development and customization.
Robust experience in requirements gathering business analysis user stories functional specifications process flows and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with business stakeholders product owners architects developers and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration customization data models workflows integrations and application architecture.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery including backlog refinement sprint planning UAT support defect analysis and production implementation.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or banking and financial services domain.
Top 3 Required Skills
Salesforce Business Analysis with strong requirements gathering user stories functional specifications and stakeholder management experience.
Salesforce Development Background with hands-on experience in Lightning Aura Components and Apex along with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
