Role Responsibilities
Produce and review consulting deliverables such as M&A; and investment cases post-merger integration plans and strategic recommendations backed by quantitative analysis.
Synthesize messy inputs like data rooms and due-diligence reports into transparent structured well-reasoned cases weighing credible sources accurately.
Deliver client-ready work products including memos models and recommendations with explicit assumptions risks and conditions.
Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
4 years at a top consulting or advisory firm or equivalent in-house corporate-development experience.
Elite structured problem-solving skills with the ability to drive to a defensible recommendation under ambiguity.
Solid financial and business acumen plus advanced modeling skills and executive-quality written deliverables.
Comfort owning an engagement independently.
