The Evening Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring compliance with procedures, supporting the team, and communicating effectively with management and other departments.Main ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage workshop employees during the evening shiftOrganize and distribute tasks according to established production prioritiesEnsure compliance with quality standards, delivery deadlines, and customer requirementsCollaborate with the Operations Director to identify improvement points (productivity, safety, quality, etc.)Perform daily monitoring of team performance (production rate, rejects, delays, etc.)Train and integrate current employees on work methods and safety standardsEnsure rigorous application of occupational health and safety policiesCommunicate effectively with other teams and departments (logistics,
