Ontario Health in Northern Ontario is seeking a Lead, Performance, Accountability and Funding Allocation to drive performance monitoring and funding processes for Health Service Providers in the North Region. You will work with HSPs, regional teams and partners to improve outcomes and ensure accountability.

You will develop SAAs, monitor KPIs, manage risk and support data-informed decisions, with a focus on regional and provincial priorities and a cooperative, results-oriented culture.
