Here, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, united by a shared commitment to making a difference - for our clients, our communities, and one another.Your role: Assist with the review and preparation of business valuations using various valuation methodologiesLead Quality of Earnings and Due Diligence engagementsAssist with the review and preparation of impairment tests and purchase price allocations as it relates to financial reporting requirements under IFRSPrepare and present high quality client deliverables including valuation reports,



and databooksOversee engagement timelines and deliverables ensuring all engagements are completed on schedule and within the budgetStay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices in business valuations and financial analysisManage, develop and mentor other staff with their professional and personal developmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clientsIdentify and participate in business development opportunitiesSupport the Partners in relationship management responsibilities and practice developmentWhat you bring to the table: CPA and CBV designationMinimum 5 years of valuation experience from a professional services firmProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft OfficeProficiency with financial modellingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent business development skillsProven leadership abilities and experience managing teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat’s in it for you?
