About the RoleThe Assistant Producer of the Business Operations team will work closely with central organisations such as Publishing, Marketing, ASO, Legal, and Release Management on behalf of the Development Team, helping to manage and organise live event promotions, draft messaging for players, and provide operational support to cross-functional teams. The role sits within the Business Operations team for EA SPORTS FC Mobile, connecting the development studio in Shanghai with global marketing, publishing, social media, and community teams. It involves coordination with remote teams and managing communications and promotions for one of the biggest sports games in the world, reporting to the Business Operations Lead in Vancouver while partnering with teams in multiple time zones including Shanghai, Australia, and Singapore.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with central organisations such as Publishing, Marketing, ASO, Legal, and Release Management on behalf of the Development Team to manage and organise live event promotionsDraft messaging for players and provide operational support to cross-functional teamsWork with the community management team to understand users' needs and write critical in-game communications that serve the audienceWork with Fan Care teams to provide guidance on communications to inform fans and playersDraft engaging marketing copy that meets legal and licensing requirements and demonstrates a clear understanding of the game and its value for usersReview in-game copy for campaigns and tutorials,
