This role offers the flexibility to *work from hom*e, with travel required for court appearances across Ontario as needed. *Primarily Windsor, London, Sarnia and Guelph.—travel expenses are fully covered.*

Please refrain from applying if you have recently been called to the bar, as we do not currently offer a training program. This position requires at least two years of experience practicing family law in Ontario.

*Requirements:*

* Must be *called to the Bar in Ontario* and in *good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO)*. * Possess an *LL.B. or J.D.* from a recognized *Canadian institution* with strong academic credentials.



* Candidates will be required to *complete a skill assessment test in family law* as part of the selection process. * Candidates must reside in Ontario, Canada, and have access to a reliable vehicle.
