Manage customer warranty inquiries, claims, and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding warranty claims and product-related concerns, including skis, boots, and related products.
Track and follow up on outstanding warranty claims to ensure prompt resolution.
Address customer concerns professionally and work toward positive outcomes that enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, customer communications, and service requests.
Process and manage customer correspondence and other administrative duties as required.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Requirements Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, or a related field is considered an asset.




Strong customer service skills with professional telephone etiquette.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident problem-solver with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively and professionally.
Highly organized with robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
