We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused B2B Operations Specialist to support wholesale and national retail operations across Canada and North America.This role plays a critical part in coordinating purchase orders, inventory allocation, retailer compliance, and cross-functional execution to ensure seamless operations in a fast-growing distribution environment.Key Responsibilities1. Order & Retail Operations ManagementManage purchase order processing from receipt to fulfillmentCoordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely shipmentMonitor retailer routing, compliance, and documentation requirementsTrack order status and proactively resolve operational issues2. Inventory & Allocation SupportMonitor inventory levels and allocation by accountSupport demand forecasting and replenishment planningIdentify potential stock risks and communicate with Sales teamAssist with inventory reconciliation and reporting3. Retail Compliance & DocumentationEnsure accurate item setup and SKU onboardingMaintain retailer documentation, EDI compliance, and system accuracySupport pricing updates and promotional execution4. Reporting & Process ImprovementPrepare operational reports (inventory,



order fill rate, backorders)Analyze workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvementsAssist with ERP data maintenance and system updates5.
