CIBC in Merritt is seeking a results-driven Banking Centre Leader for a temporary fixed-term assignment. You will hire, coach and develop a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Expect travel between nearby banking centres and in office work 37.5 hours per week, including evenings or weekends as needed. You’ll lead client discussions to identify financial needs, promote solutions, manage risk, and drive revenue growth while upholding the bank’s values and service
