Bird Nason Contracting Group is seeking an experienced CWB Welder for full-time roles in a dynamic shop workplace. You will collaborate with Pipefitters, operate various tools, and perform precise welding tasks according to blueprints. Mentoring apprentices and maintaining safety standards are also key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards
• Perform welding tasks based on blueprints and schematics
• Operate welding equipment and power tools
• Collaborate with Pipefitters and shop crew
• Mentor apprentices in welding techniques

Requirements:
• Valid Journeyperson Welder Certification (Red Seal required)
• CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 certificates
• Valid Driver's License (not GDL)
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Ability to meet production targets with quality
