Embark on a finance-focused journey as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at our Kenhar Facility. This developing role aids in collections, payment applications, and maintaining financial accuracy.

You will support various accounts receivable and banking activities. The position is ideal for individuals with solid accounts receivable fundamentals who are eager to learn J&T;’s D365 and other processes. Your daily activities will include managing customer accounts, reconciling payments, and collaborating with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on outstanding customer accounts and collections
• Apply customer payments promptly and accurately
• Resolve account discrepancies and short payments
• Maintain aging reports and collection updates
• Support banking activities with reconciliations

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of AR and banking experience
• Manufacturing or distribution experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems is an asset
