Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and maintain donor records in HubSpot
• Coordinate donor communications and acknowledgements
• Support fundraising and donor events logistics




• Research grant opportunities and prepare applications
• Assist with cross-department coordination and general support

Requirements:
• Experience in fundraising or nonprofit administration
• Strong organizational and detail management skills
• Proficiency with CRM databases and spreadsheets
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage priorities independently in a part-time role
