Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve day-to-day system referrals from users
• Liaise with IT and other departments for collaboration
• Monitor and identify training and enhancement opportunities




• Test system changes and provide functionality consulting
• Support analysis of business requirements for system updates

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficient with Claims tools like Contact Claims
• Solid problem investigation and analysis skills
• Excellent time and priority management abilities
• Good communication skills; bilingualism for Quebec applicants
