Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement club policies and strategic plans
• Manage day-to-day club operations and staff oversight

• Collaborate on Nordic skiing programs for various age groups
• Ensure effective communication with members through various platforms

Requirements:
• Management experience in administration and project oversight
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
