Be an essential part of the IT team in Fergus, ON as a hands-on IT Technical Analyst. Support users with Level 1 and Level 2 issues while ensuring reliable technology operations.

This 1-year contract position involves direct engagement with an on-site North American IT infrastructure. The role includes troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining systems, as well as collaborating with regional and central IT teams. You’ll gain broad experience across desktop, server, and networking technologies while making a tangible impact on daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs and IT equipment
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Windows Server technologies




• Troubleshoot networks in Cisco and Meraki environments
• Document solutions and update knowledge-management resources

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in technical support
• Associate degree in Science; Bachelor preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Windows technologies
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies
• ITIL knowledge is a plus
