Valuable Shepherd is hiring a Community Mental Health Worker for its 24-hour supportive housing site in Niagara Falls, focused on helping residents with homelessness, mental health challenges, and substance use. You will work on a multidisciplinary team delivering direct support, advocacy, crisis intervention and education.
You will maintain documentation, coordinate with partners, and participate in program quality improvement while upholding safety policies and respecting residents' dignity.
