ROLE OVERVIEW
Working on interfaces and interactions between the Payload and the rest of the Satellite (Platform) at system level, during design, AI&T;, and in-orbit operations. Daily coordination with Payload, C&DH; OBDH, Satellite Operations, FSW, FDIR teams. Responsible for all interface control documents (ICDs). KEY REQUIREMENTS
7+ years systems engineering at satellite level for telecom satellites (ideally digital payload) Sub-system experience in 1+ of: Communication Payload, FSW, C&DH;, FDIR, Satellite Operations Ability to coordinate payload-related satellite tests in AI&T; Experience in phases B/C/D/E of space programs Owns/produces Mechanical and Electrical ICDs Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills 50%+ in office in Montreal
