CarePartners in Ontario is seeking a Personal Support Manager for the Quinte area to coordinate and supervise the delivery of Community Health Services, mentoring health care teams and ensuring high-quality patient care.
The role requires an RN or RPN with 3–5 years of leadership experience and CNO registration, plus robust communication skills. Travel to Brockville and Quinte West is expected, with on-call evenings on rotation.
