Become a Primary Care Paramedic with Emergency Health Services in Fort MacLeod. Assess and treat patients, operate ambulances, and respond to emergencies in various weather conditions.

In this full time role, you will be a critical part of the medical response team, assessing emergency situations and transporting patients as needed. Key skills include administering medications, utilizing basic life support techniques, and ensuring proper equipment protocols in all emergencies. You will also maintain ambulances and non-emergent transport vehicles to meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess emergency scenes and patient conditions
• Transport patients safely between facilities




• Administer minor medications and BLS airway adjuncts
• Lead BLS crews during patient transport
• Ensure ambulances are stocked and equipped correctly

Requirements:
• Non-restricted registration as PCP with ACOP
• Current BCLS CPR certification required
• Valid Class 4 Alberta Operator's Licence needed
• F.A.R.E. test completion certificate required
• Previous EMS experience is preferred
