INNIO is seeking an Area Team Leader for the midnight shift to coach and develop a designated area within our manufacturing team. You will work closely with the Functional Leader to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.
The role requires leading by example, driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and coordinating with maintenance for TPM and preventive maintenance tasks. A solid emphasis on teamwork and communication is essential.
