An exciting opportunity exists to be part of the DO MORE FOUNDATION for a Senior Bookkeeper who wants to use strong financial discipline in service of social impact. This role will report to the DO MORE FOUNDATION Finance Manager, will be based in Durban, Westville and the incumbent will be employed by RCL FOODS and seconded to the Foundation.
This is a meaningful role for someone who enjoys rigour, accountability and purpose. The successful candidate will help strengthen the Foundation’s financial accounting,



reporting, tax compliance, treasury management, donor and project accounting and financial governance. The role will support compliance with the Income Tax Act, Public Benefit Organisation requirements, Non-Profit Organisation requirements, Section 18A regulations, B-BBEE requirements and internal governance policies.
The role will also support strategic decision making through accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance monitoring and continuous process improvement. It is an opportunity to bring financial excellence into an organisation that is growing in scale, strengthening its governance and working with partners to create lasting change for young children and communities.
