Ippolito Fruit & Produce in Burlington, Ontario is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to gather and analyze production data, drive lean initiatives, and develop SOPs to enhance efficiency and profitability. You will lead Kaizen Blitz workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
The role requires 2+ years in lean manufacturing, an Industrial Engineering degree, AutoCAD proficiency, and robust data-analysis skills.
