Matrix is seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers for the B2 Project, Bathurst Inlet, NU. This outdoor role involves general site duties, surface preparation for liner installation, snow removal, and operating light equipment in a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation. Ideal candidates are safety‑minded, able to work outdoors in cold conditions, and comfortable collaborating with supervisors and crew. Prior labouring or construction experience is an asset, with valid driver’s license preferred.
