The Client Relations Specialist sits right at the intersection of Sales and Customer Success.

You aren't just here to support members; you're here to drive retention, maximize account lifetime value, and ensure every member reaches their goals.

You've built trust with clients, spot renewal risks early, and use your sales instincts to keep customers active and engaged.

The Role

Onboard new members in their first week to ensure immediate value

Proactively check in on members who go quiet to mitigate churn

Track member health, interactions, and renewal signals in the CRM

Report on engagement, retention metrics, and account expansion opportunities

Skills & Experience
Must-Haves:

2+ years of proven sales experience (inside sales, account management, retention, or customer success)

Currently based in Canada

Strong track record of driving renewals, retention,



or upsells

Nice-to-Haves:

Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce

Direct experience with Skool or similar platforms (Circle, Discord, Mighty Networks)

Background in coaching, education, or a membership/course business

Experience managing an online community or membership program

What We Offer

Compensation: $5,000/month

Schedule: Remote, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern (EST)
