FedEx is seeking a leadership-focused supervisor in Canada to oversee daily sort, delivery and pickup activities, both in office and at remote domicile locations where applicable. The role requires mentoring hourly staff, modelling best practices, and maintaining strong communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, at least one year of courier experience, and a solid understanding of FedEx operations and Canadian regulations.
