As a full-time Controller in our Cloud-Based Accounting Practice, you will oversee accurate accounting service delivery to wide-ranging clients. This role necessitates collaboration with clients, teams, and CFOs to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Your leadership will guide a small team, ensuring they thrive in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to multiple clients
• Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting sessions
• Mentor and support accounting professionals

Requirements:
• CPA or CPA candidate
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in a controller-level role
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles
• Strong problem-solving and client service skills
