As an Employee Relations HR Business Partner at Galderma, you will work closely with business leaders and the Head of HR in Canada. The role requires a strategic approach to employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies and enhancing workplace culture through effective communication and training. You will oversee performance management and help implement organizational change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers
• Champion HR policy compliance and application
• Develop training and resources for HR processes
• Advise on employee relations during organizational changes
• Maintain HR documentation and toolkits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in non-union employee relations
• Solid communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
