Thumbtack is seeking a strategic Growth Marketing Manager to drive core business performance and scale our Paid Social program across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit. You’ll own numbers, push current ideas, and collaborate with Creative, Analytics, Martech, and AI tooling.
You’ll build testing roadmaps, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns to unlock incremental growth while aligning with Thumbtack's brand narrative.
