Crofton House School seeks a dedicated Learning Resource Teacher to create supportive learning environments for Junior School girls. Join our cooperative team to enhance education through innovative teaching.

This full-time, on-site position begins in December 2026 or early January 2027. As an experienced educator, you will foster diverse learning profiles and implement Individual Education Plans for students in a girl-centred environment. Collaborating with colleagues, you will use your skills to enrich the learning experiences of young students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute Individual Education Plans
• Provide small-group and individual instruction
• Collaborate with teachers for integrated support




• Document student progress and assess growth
• Integrate technology to enhance learning

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Special Education
• Experience teaching in a learning resource capacity
• Understanding of BC Ministry of Education policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to participate in co-curricular programs
