Charger Logistics Inc. in Brampton seeks a lead mechanic to supervise daily repairs of truck/trailer refrigeration systems. You will guide mechanics, prioritize repairs, and ensure timely work orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.
The role requires 3–5 years of trailer maintenance experience, strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, and the ability to read schematics. You will mentor others in a rapid-paced shop and contribute to ongoing productivity improvements.
