Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to drive strategic outbound and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels across Canada and the USA. The role is home-based and reports to an Executive Director of Sales Performance, with travel for in-market visits (2-4 times annually).
Base salary of $70K CAD with quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus. 31 paid days off yearly and a comprehensive benefits package; energetic training and coaching are provided
